The Sweet Life

This morning Tyler left for work in Tennessee. It's been so nice to have him here to help me with Jamison and to be able to feel like a real family for a while. I think Jamison and I will both miss having daddy around...and I think Tyler is going to feel pretty lonely too. :( But we'll see each other again in three weeks for the Brackin family reunion. That's what keeps me going.

Jamison had a doctor's appointment this morning. He now weighs 9 pounds and 9 ounces, measures 21 and 1/2 inches long, and has a head circumference of 14 and 1/2 inches. He's in the 50th percentile for both weight and height and in the 25th percentile for his head size. Going to the doctor wore him out so he's sleeping in his car seat now but...look how darn cute he is with his pudgy baby cheeks!
