Funfetti cake is my favorite. Tyler just likes cake. So since Funfetti is so...fun...and yummy...that's what we made. The cake sloped a little on the side so we make it a little sledding hill and my sister used graham crackers, candy canes, and teddy grahams to make little sledders. My mom and sister made fun of my writine...because it slanted too. 
Trying to light candles with the fan on...doesn't work too well. Despite hard effort on both Tyler and my brother's end.

What a fun first {as a couple}birthday cake! It will be fun to watch the evolution of those cakes through the years -- take it from one who knows! =D
