The Reason for the Season

As we begin to wind down another successful Christmas season, I feel it is important to remind ourselves what we should think about during the holiday season, as well as throughout the year.

Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, the Savior and Redeemer of the world. His humble beginnings, simple life, and self-less death were the most important gifts that any of us could receive.

Jesus Christ IS the reason for the season.

I love that first picture. Did you take it? Good reminder as we set our New Year's resolutions. {Pres. Eyring's talk from last Conf is a great jump-start to resolution-making, too.}
